Find the consultation topic that fits you
Most people arrive knowing something is off, not which topic covers it. Pick a starting point here, or register with your best guess and let the nutritionist confirm the match during intake.
Weight · family · child · sports · everyday eating
Where registration happens
This page helps you choose. The registration form for an online consultation with a dietitian lives on the contact page, together with the office address, phone number and opening hours.
Four situations that cover most first consultations
Weight management, family and child nutrition, sports and active lifestyle nutrition, and everyday healthy eating. Each one changes what the nutritionist asks first, how the personalized nutrition plan is built, and how progress gets checked over the following months. Read down the list and stop where the description sounds like your week.
How the list is built
- Your goal in one sentence
- The meals you actually eat on a normal day
- Your schedule and who else eats at your table
- Your constraints: budget, cooking skill, foods the household refuses
The more honest the form, the less of the first session goes to discovery.
Portions and meal structure, adjusted to the household
Weight management
The entry point most people start with
This is the most common reason people book an online nutrition consultation in Indonesia, and the one most damaged by hype. Expect work on portions, meal structure, drinks, snacking patterns, and the routines that hold them in place. Progress gets measured over months, not days.
If you have tried restrictive diets and regained the weight, say so at registration. That history changes the approach: the plan starts from what you will still be eating in three months, not from the smallest number of calories you can tolerate for two weeks.
What changes
Portion size, drinks, snacking gaps
Review rhythm
Checked monthly, not daily

Family and child nutrition
One table, two appetites
Parents come with practical questions: when to start solid foods, how to handle a child who refuses vegetables, how to feed a family without becoming a short-order cook. Guidance here covers feeding routines, food textures, and meals that work for both children and adults at the same table.
Infant and child nutrition sits inside the broader life cycle nutrition area, alongside pregnancy and older-adult needs. If a grandparent at the table has different requirements, that belongs in the same conversation, because the cooking pot is shared.
Typical questions brought in
- When to move from soft purees to real textures
- A child who eats three foods and refuses the rest
- Snacks between school and dinner that stop the fight
Feeding routines, textures, and meals that hold for a whole household
Sports and active lifestyle nutrition
Eating around training, not just on training days
For people training regularly, eating around workouts matters more than any single food. Sessions cover timing around training, everyday protein and carbohydrate needs, hydration, and how to eat on the days you do not train at all.
This is guidance for recreational and semi-serious athletes. If you run on weekends, lift three evenings a week, play futsal with a team, or cycle to work and back, the plan is built around that real schedule and the meals you already cook.
What a session covers
General healthy eating
No dramatic goal is still a real reason to book
Some clients want a second opinion on how they already eat: a check that their portions and food variety are reasonable, and small corrections rather than a rebuild. This is a legitimate reason to book, and it is often where the most durable changes start.
Come with a week of ordinary meals and the questions you keep circling. Nothing gets recorded as a target you have to hit.
Life cycle nutrition, when more than one stage sits at the table
Nutrition needs shift across life stages: pregnancy, breastfeeding, childhood, adulthood, and older age. If your situation spans more than one stage, for example a pregnant parent also feeding a toddler, tell the nutritionist at registration so the plan covers the household rather than one person in isolation.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Iron, folate, calcium and fluid intake discussed in ordinary meals rather than a supplement list. Appetite changes and food aversions get planned for.
Infant and child nutrition
Starting solids, textures, iron-rich first foods and the long stretch of picky eating, handled as feeding routines rather than battles at the table.
Older adults
Protein intake, appetite, chewing comfort and medication timing that interfere with meals. Often planned together with the person doing the cooking.
Some questions belong in a different setting
Some concerns, such as thyroid-related dietary needs, PCOS nutrition, and cholesterol management, are often handled in a hospital teleconsultation model where a dietitian works alongside a physician. If your case points there, the nutritionist will say so during intake rather than stretch a general session to cover it.
Being referred onward is a correct outcome, not a rejection. You leave the session knowing which setting can actually help, and the time is not billed as a plan you cannot use.
What the intake checks
Whether a kitchen-level plan is the right tool for you, or whether your situation needs a dietitian working with a physician. One short conversation answers that, and you are told plainly either way.
How to choose when two topics fit
Pick the one that affects your daily life most right now. A parent with a weight goal usually starts with family nutrition, because the household menu is the lever. Someone training five times a week starts with sports nutrition even if weight is also relevant. Write the second topic in the message field; it will be read.
If your week looks like
Start with
Because
Cooking for a family and wanting your own weight to move
Family and child nutrition
The shared menu changes, and your own plate follows it
Training most evenings and unsure what to eat before or after
Sports and active lifestyle nutrition
Timing around training drives the rest of the day
Eating reasonably well but wanting a check on portions and variety
General healthy eating
Small corrections land better than a full rebuild
Pregnant and also cooking for a toddler
Life cycle nutrition
The plan has to cover two people at once
Still split? Choose one on the form and name the other in the message field.
What the nutritionist needs from you
Your goal in one sentence. Your typical meals. Your schedule, and the hours you are actually awake and hungry. Your constraints, whether that is budget, cooking skill, or a family that will not eat certain foods. The more honest the form, the less time the first session spends on discovery.
You do not need blood results, a scale, or a food diary prepared in advance. Describe a normal Tuesday, and that is enough to start.
Your goal in one sentence
Write it plainly
Typical meals on an ordinary day
Breakfast to late evening
Your schedule and where meals happen
Home, office, on the road
Budget and cooking skill
Honest beats impressive
Foods the household will not eat
Including the cook's limits
A second topic, if two fit
Name it in the message
Questions that come up before choosing
If your question is not here, the office can answer it before you register. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

What if I pick the wrong topic on the form?
Nothing is lost. The first session includes intake, and if another topic fits your situation better, the nutritionist says so and the plan is built from there instead.
Do I need to choose between weight and a family topic?
No. Choose the one that touches your day most, and name the other in the message field. In practice the household menu often does the work for both, so the plan is written once for the table rather than twice for two people.
Is an online consultation suitable for a child?
Yes, with the parent or carer present and doing the talking. Feeding routines, textures and meal timing are household decisions, so the adult who cooks and serves food needs to be part of the conversation.
How long before I notice anything?
Meal routines usually settle within a few weeks, and anything measurable is reviewed over months. Anyone promising a fast turnaround is describing something other than nutrition counselling.
Can I register on behalf of someone else?
You can start the registration for a family member and note who the consultation is for. For children this is normal; for another adult, they should be present when the plan is discussed.
What if I need a referral instead?
Some situations are better handled where a dietitian works alongside a physician. You will be told during intake, with a clear reason, rather than sold a plan that does not fit.
Ready to start with the topic that fits
Register for an online consultation with a dietitian and bring the questions from this page with you. If two topics fit, name the second one in the message field and it will be read. Not sure yet? Look at how the consultation works first, or call the office during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
