Reading order
What these terms cover
Five chapters: acceptance, the nature of the service, your responsibilities, scheduling and payment, and what changes over time.
Acceptance of terms
By using this website or submitting a consultation registration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the registration form.
Agreement happens in two ordinary ways here. Browsing the pages of nutriselaras.id — reading about consultation topics, meal planning, or how the online consultation works — counts as use of the site. Sending the registration form counts as a separate step, because it starts a review of your details by the service team. You can read every page on this website without registering; the form is only needed when you want an actual consultation.
Nature of the service
NutriSelaras provides nutrition guidance, consultation, and meal planning delivered online by registered nutritionists. The service is informational and advisory. It is not medical treatment, medical diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a physician or clinical dietitian.
In practice, a consultation is a conversation about food: what you eat on a normal week, what your household actually cooks, where the schedule breaks down, and what a workable plan looks like for your kitchen and your budget. Session notes and meal-plan documents are prepared for your personal use and reflect the information you provide during those conversations. They are guidance documents, not prescriptions, and they do not replace an examination or an ongoing care plan held by your doctor.
Read this before you change anything
No medical advice or promised outcome
Consultation content reflects professional nutrition judgment applied to the information you provide. Individual circumstances vary, and no specific outcome is promised or implied. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified medical professional before making dietary changes.
Two things follow from that. First, bring your context honestly — medications, allergies, a diagnosed condition, a pregnancy, an eating pattern you have followed for years. Second, treat the plan as a working draft you can adjust with your nutritionist, not as a fixed prescription. If something in a plan conflicts with advice you have received from your doctor, your doctor's advice comes first and we would like to know so the plan can be rewritten around it.
Your side of the record
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in the registration form and during consultations. You are responsible for decisions you make about your own diet and health following a consultation. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or third-party information without authorization.
Describe your week as it really is — portions, snacks, drinks, and meals eaten away from home.
Accurate record
Tell your nutritionist about medications, allergies, diagnosed conditions, and any diet your doctor has already set.
Disclosure
Use the account and the plans for yourself, or for a family member you are authorized to register.
Own account
Do not attempt to access accounts, records, or systems that are not yours, and do not submit another person's details without their consent.
No misuse
Decisions about your diet and health after a consultation remain yours, and you are free to end a plan at any time.
Your call
Before any session is booked
Registration and scheduling
Submitting the form does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. Sessions are scheduled after review of your registration and confirmation by the service. Fees and payment arrangements are communicated directly and are not processed through card payment on this website.
Step one
You send the form
Name, contact details, and a short description of what you want to work on. Nothing is charged at this point, and you can stop here without any obligation.
Step two
The team reviews it
Someone reads your details, checks that an online consultation fits what you described, and gets back to you with available times.
Step three
You confirm a session
Fee and payment method are explained directly by the office before the session, and the appointment exists only once both sides confirm it.
Materials and reuse
Intellectual property
Text, plans, and materials provided through the service are for your personal use. Reproduction or distribution without permission is not permitted.
That covers the meal-plan documents and session notes written for you, the explanatory pages on this website, and the consulting material behind them. You are welcome to print your own plan, keep it on your phone, or share it with the family members who cook with you. What is not permitted is republishing it, reselling it, teaching from it, or handing it to another business to use as its own. If you work in a clinic, school, or workplace programme and want to use part of the material, ask the office first.
Scope of responsibility
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NutriSelaras is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on consultation content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.
Plainly: we answer for the quality of the guidance we prepare and for how we handle your information. We do not answer for choices made elsewhere — a meal assembled from a plan without checking your own allergies, a change made months after a consultation without telling us, or a delay caused by a network problem during a session. If something goes wrong, tell the office at +62 711 356 789 and we will look at it directly.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The version published on this page is the current one, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. When a change affects how registration, scheduling, or payment works, the updated wording appears here before the new arrangement takes effect, so the page you are reading always describes the arrangement you are agreeing to.
Common questions
Reading these terms in practice
Short answers to the questions the office hears most often about this page. Anything not covered here can be asked by phone during working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Does sending the registration form book my consultation?
No. The form starts a review. A session exists once the team has confirmed a time with you and both sides have agreed on the arrangement.
Can I pay for a consultation on this website?
Fees and payment arrangements are explained directly by the office. This website does not process card payments, and no payment details are collected through the registration form.
Is consultation content a substitute for my doctor?
It is not. The service offers nutrition guidance and meal planning. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a physician or clinical dietitian, and it works best alongside whatever care you already have.
Can I register for a family member?
Yes, when you are authorized to share that person's details. Submitting information about someone else without their consent is not permitted, and plans written for one person should not be used as a plan for another.
Where do I ask a question about these terms?
Questions about these terms can be directed to the office by phone at +62 711 356 789, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Written enquiries can go to [email protected] or to the address on this page.
